Kokrobitey Institute is a remarkable place, made vibrant by the community that is gathered there. Since its founding, an exceptional staff have been hired, trained and developed from the local population and are joined during programs by visiting scholars, artists and professionals. They are, as a group, committed to the Institute, hard-working and excited about the chance to interact with students. While at the Institute, students are part of a diverse international community, often of different ages and backgrounds, who live together in a family style for a short time.
