OKO AGROFORESTRY PROJECT

We have partnered with OKO Forests and Like Minded Objects to develop learning training materials around regenerative agroforestry systems. Materials focuses on farming methods that increase biodiversity and income for surrounding communities.

ENVIRONMENTAL FILM FESTIVAL

Students from local schools gather at the KI Design Center once a month to watch a film and participate in group discussion.

ECO LITERACY PROJECT

Developing engaging, accessible educational materials that help us to have a sustainable and conscious relationship with the natural environment.

TEACHERS WORKSHOP

Local teachers meet bi-weekly with KI Staff to discuss lesson plans, design educational materials, and discuss classroom culture.

SCIENCE ENVIRONMENT TECH TEAM

SETT is an after-school program for youth in the community to imagine and construct their ideas, combining skills in engineering, technology, and design.
